About the role
As a Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in scaling our platform while navigating the complexities of healthcare, enterprise customers, and fast-paced product development. Reporting to the CTO, this person will drive alignment across engineering roadmap, design and go-to-market initiatives.
What you’ll do

  • Lead product development from discovery to launch, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions.
  • Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive product features that streamline administrative tasks and drive measurable outcomes for customers.
  • Leverage healthcare standards and data architecture (e.g., FHIR, HL7, EHR integrations) to inform scalable, interoperable solutions that meet compliance requirements.
  • Prioritize product initiatives using data, user insights, and business objectives—balancing short-term impact with long-term vision.
  • Define and track product success metrics, leveraging analytics tools and user feedback to validate hypotheses, generate insights, and guide iterative improvements.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, communicating product strategy and roadmap clearly to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Stay attuned to the healthcare regulatory landscape, ensuring products are designed with privacy, security, and compliance best practices in mind.
What we’re looking for
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B software or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience working in or adjacent to the healthcare industry (e.g., provider, payer, healthtech).
  • Strong ability to distill complex workflows into elegant product solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with development processes and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data for decision-making (e.g., SQL).
  • Comfort navigating compliance and privacy considerations in healthcare products.
  • Experience with EHR integration, interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), or clinical workflows.
Plenful perks
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Enjoy unlimited PTO, fully covered health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), meal stipend, health & wellness stipend, 401(k) matching, and stock options.
  • Mission-Driven, World-Class Team: Join an exceptional group of professionals aligned around a meaningful mission and committed to making an impact.
  • Opportunities for Growth: Strengthen your partnership expertise through collaboration with experienced, high-performing leaders across the organization.
