Job Description: Data Analyst (Python & SQL)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 6 months to 2 years of experience in data analysis, proficient in Python and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports to help the organization make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and interpret data to identify trends and patterns.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Utilize Python to automate data processes and perform advanced data analysis.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist in the identification of areas for improvement based on data analysis.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy through validation techniques and audits.

Qualifications:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation (Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
• Proficient in SQL for database querying, joining tables, and managing large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques and concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ETL processes and working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of other programming languages like R is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google BigQuery) is a bonus.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
