Debugshala is a forward-thinking IT Training and Placement company dedicated to shaping the future of tech education. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can bring our brand’s vision to life through captivating visuals and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design: Develop creative and visually appealing graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, banners, infographics, brochures, and more.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's brand identity, guidelines, and messaging.
• Social Media Content: Design eye-catching posts, stories, and ads for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Print Design: Create print materials such as flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional items for events and marketing.
• Collaborative Work: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to create design solutions that meet the needs of the campaign or project.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop unique design concepts for various marketing campaigns.
• Photo & Video Editing: Edit images, photos, and occasionally short videos to enhance visual storytelling.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends in design, tools, and software to continuously improve the quality of work.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw), Canva, or other design software.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Ability to create visually appealing graphics that tell a story and engage the audience.
• Experience with social media graphics, web design, and print materials.
• Knowledge of photo editing and basic video editing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print platforms.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a plus.
