Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Backend Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Python and Django to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with databases, APIs, and server-side technologies to ensure smooth performance and functionality of web-based products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Django.
• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Design and implement APIs (RESTful services) and web services.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Manage and optimize database interactions (SQL/NoSQL).
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues.
• Ensure applications are secure, responsive, and scalable.
• Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in backend development and Django frameworks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (at least 1 year) as a Backend Developer, with a focus on Python and Django.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and patterns (e.g., MVC, OOP).
• Knowledge of web security practices and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of containerization and cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, AWS) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
