What will you do?
✨ Work with fundamental and existing data to drive company-wide initiatives.
✨ Build, deploy & monitor key business metrics, dashboards, and reports.
✨ Develop statistical techniques to assess data quality issues.
✨ Deliver actionable business recommendations through analysis and data storytelling.
✨ Analyze internal and external data sources to identify new analysis opportunities.
✨ Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets.
✨ Solve key business problems through data-driven solutions.

What are we looking for?
🎓 Bachelors or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
📊 2-4 years of relevant experience in data analysis, building data pipelines, and analyzing large datasets.
🐍 Proficiency in SQL and Python.
📈 Strong statistical knowledge.
🎯 Proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with great attention to detail.
🤝 Experience in collaborating across functions to identify data analytics problems and execute solutions with technical rigor and data-driven insights.
💡 Ability to straddle the line between analytics and data science.
🔍 Ability to dive deeply into larger, more ambiguous data questions.

What other experience will make you a great candidate?
🤖 Familiarity with machine learning and deep learning.
🔄 Familiarity with distributed processing systems i.e., Spark or Hadoop.
