Job Responsibilities:

• Clean, wrangle, and prepare data for Morningstar Data Dictionary content release.
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines for efficient data flow.
• Automate data workflows, including ingestion, aggregation, and ETL processing.
• Enhance dataset physical schema using metadata requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data release processes and deliver projects as per requirements.

Qualifications:

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational database management systems.
• Proficiency in test-driven development (TDD) and container-based solution development.
• Experience in implementing authorization and encryption in data processing and storage.
• Strong Python skills with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Understanding of NoSQL databases and Java programming.
• Experience working with large datasets.
