  • Identify drivers of over- or under-performance versus expectations and surface insights to improve execution and planning assumptions
  • Partner closely with VAS Commercial Operations to provide data-driven perspectives on commercial performance and revenue outcomes

Sales Productivity, Quota & Incentive Economics:

  • Analyze financial relationships between quota setting, sales incentive designs, and realized revenue outcomes across products, segments, and sales roles
  • Assess quota coverage, quota attainment, and revenue yield to evaluate sales productivity and efficiency
  • Serve as a finance subject matter expert on Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) economics, including cost, payout dynamics, and alignment with revenue and growth objectives
  • Partner with VAS Commercial Operations to evaluate quota and incentive effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve productivity and return on investment
  • Analyze behavioral outcomes and unintended consequences of quota and incentive structures, providing insight and challenge to support disciplined commercial decision making
  • Support governance, post period reviews, and financial impact assessments related to quota and incentive changes

Partnership & Ecosystem Financial Insights:

  • Support financial analysis of VAS partnership models at the portfolio level, including aggregation of third party spend and partner economics
  • Analyze partnership activation performance, ramp curves, and return on investment across vendors, resellers, and enablers
  • Partner with the VAS Partnerships team to provide insight into which partnership models scale efficiently and profitably
  • Develop standardized frameworks and metrics to assess partnership performance over time

Finance Business Partnership & Decision Support:

  • Act as a trusted finance business partner to VAS Commercial Operations and VAS Partnerships teams
  • Translate complex commercial and financial data into clear, actionable insights and executive ready materials
  • Support planning discussions, business reviews, and ad hoc analyses related to commercial strategy and performance
  • Provide thoughtful challenge and perspective on commercial assumptions, trade offs, and growth initiatives

Tools, Frameworks & Continuous Improvement:

  • Contribute to the development of standardized commercial finance tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, consistency, and efficiency of commercial performance reporting and analysis
  • Partner with analytics and systems teams to improve data quality, automation, and insight delivery
