🌐 Mandate: Employees can work from their own base locations remotely, and quarterly meetings will happen.

Responsibilities

• Generate focused and conclusive output on a business use-case as per requirement.
• Create/publish conclusive intelligence in article/dashboard/report forms and help drive decision-making.
• Design and implement analytical projects for insights that drive business goals and decisions (e.g., How to improve Order value, how to improve conversions, etc.).
• Define and track metrics to evaluate the health of the business.
• Build automated alerting systems for proactive and preemptive actions.
• Identify the right metric and contribute to the measurement framework for the respective business unit.
• Improve the accuracy of data through participation in data quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data engineering teams for continuous improvement of data accuracy through feedback and scoping on instrumentation quality and completeness.

Requisites

• Bachelor's/Master’s (preferred) degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 3.5-5 years of hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like SQL, R, SAS, Python, Excel, etc.
• Experience in R, SAS, QlikView, Google Analytics, Mix Panel (GOOD TO HAVE).
• Proficiency in Excel, MySQL (MUST) - Should be able to write clean SQL queries.
• Basic understanding of statistics/modeling.
• Experience with RDBMS and Business Intelligence is needed.
