Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Managed Investment data teams and Level 1 And CSM teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve data issues in coordination with product and technical teams.
• Manage relationships with external data vendors.
• Work closely with quality assurance, product, and technical departments to address client data issues.
• Participate in initiatives to reduce resource costs, consolidate global data collection platforms, and support database integration projects.
• Establish and achieve SMART goals under the guidance of team leads.
• Continuously improve data collection and quality assurance processes using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools.
• Participate in data and process-related projects such as industry/market research, market expansion, and new product development support.

Requirements:

• Availability to work on Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays (on rotational basis) as part of a global 24x7 support operation.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in economics/finance/business/maths/statistics with minimum 60% in the final year, with knowledge in fund investment data.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); advanced users preferred.
• Familiarity with data management policies, procedures, and common technical tools.
• 1-2 years of experience in similar roles aligned to manage client expectations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with self-motivation.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
