.Responsibilities:
✅ Actively collaborate with Managed Investment data teams, Level 1 And CSM teams to ensure data timelines, completeness, and accuracy. ✅ Identify and resolve data issues with product and technical teams. ✅ Manage relationships between Morningstar and Asset Management companies, insurance firms, and other data vendors. ✅ Work closely with quality assurance, product, and technical departments to resolve clients’ data issues effectively. ✅ Participate in the Center of Excellence initiative focused on reducing resource costs and supporting database integration projects. ✅ Establish and achieve SMART goals under the direction of team leads. ✅ Continuously improve data collection and quality assurance processes using LSS tools. ✅ Actively raise issues and propose enhancement suggestions to improve system functionality and data quality. ✅ Participate in data and process-related projects, including industry/market research and new product development support.

Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or above in economics/finance/business/maths/statistics with minimum 60% in the final year, with knowledge in fund investment data.
💼 Good command in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); advanced users preferred.
🛠️ Proficient with data management policies, procedures, and common technical tools.
🔍 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar profiles or roles aligned to manage client expectations.
💡 Strong analytical, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
🚀 Strong learning ability and self-motivation in an independent, fast-paced work environment.
📆 Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure during peak seasons.
⏰ Flexibility to work in shifts.
