Key Responsibilities:

• Training & Mentoring: Conduct interactive and hands-on training sessions on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MongoDB, ReactJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials, projects, and curriculum to meet industry standards and learners’ needs.
• Development: Work on live projects using the MERN stack as a developer, providing practical industry experience to trainees.
• Student Support: Assist students in troubleshooting and solving development issues, providing guidance on projects and coding challenges.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to ensure learners' progression.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and integrate them into training.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of MongoDB, ReactJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (Git), and front-end tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development using the MERN stack.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience in training/teaching is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in MERN Stack Development.
• Experience as a trainer or mentor in a similar setting is preferred.
