Education Counselor

Debugshala is Hiring for the role of IT Counselor at our Indore office located in Old Palasia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel potential students regarding various training courses in Web Development, Data Science, etc., guiding them to choose the most suitable path.
• Effectively explain the training process to students, addressing any queries or concerns.
• Provide career guidance to students by counseling them on available courses and potential career paths.
• Maintain a comprehensive student database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond promptly to course inquiries, providing detailed information and assistance as needed.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with potential students to maintain engagement.
• Convert inquiries into walk-ins by showcasing the benefits of our training programs.
• Handle face-to-face inquiries professionally, creating a positive experience for prospective students.
• Generate walk-ins and track conversions, ensuring a minimum number of admissions from leads.
• Generate and maintain reports to track progress and performance metrics.
• Gather feedback from students to continuously improve services and offerings.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of a basic graduation degree from CS/IT or relevant field.
• At least 1 year of experience in counseling and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing skills to persuade potential students to enroll in courses.
• Willingness to coordinate events and promotional activities to attract new students.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Salary: Compensation based on skills and performance, to be discussed during the interview.
